Yes, you must see Pasadena Hills. View the picture “beyond the big gateway", the most beautiful subdivision in the environs of St. Louis County.
The natural beauty of Pasadena Hills has been retained and the grounds so arranged that 15 percent of the total acreage is devoted to open ravines and park areas... shared by all neighbors for recreational purposes and community events.
The flowers and landscaping are a reflection of the pride the community takes in preserving this historic place. Neighborhood organizations such as the Garden Club and Flowers in the Hills have made it their calling to preserve the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
The Pasadena Hills Historic District Commission helped the City achieve it's historic district status in the State of Missouri, preserving the unique and beautiful architecture of this one of a kind community.
Today, Pasadena Hills is one of the oldest and most established neighborhoods in St. Louis County. Only minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo, the Jewel Box, the Muny Theater, University of Missouri– St. Louis, Busch Stadium, Edward Jones Dome, plus many other points of interest…
Pasadena Hills may be the most ideally located neighborhood in all of St. Louis.
PROJECT ACTIVITY
Information on the land-use plan and the roadway plans were displayed at the Normandy Branch of the St. Louis County Library for public comment. We received many supportive comments on the plan, as well as constructive comments of the roadway design. The comments were incorporated into the plans. Based on comments that were received for the conceptual roadway design, preliminary design plans were prepared and submitted to the Missouri Department of Transportation on September 30, 2010. The plan comments have been incorporated into the plan documents. The roadway plans will reconstruct Natural Bridge Road from west of West Drive, to Lucas and Hunt Road. Planning report documents are being reviewed by the Natural Bridge Advisory Committee.
Here is the out put of the proposed land-use and roadway plans:
